Shipping policy

Please note my shipping policies before you place an order:

I aim to ship all orders within 5 business days. It is often a much shorter time than this but some items are made to order and therefore take a bit longer.

Once I have sent an order out I are no longer responsible for it. Unfortunately I have had too many dishonest people receiving prints and then getting refunds, so I am sorry about these measures. 

If you have given me the wrong address please contact me immediately so I can remedy this. If your order has already been sent I will only be able to resend the item once I have received the original one back. In this instance, it would probably be quicker to place a new order with the correct address.

I will give you a shipping estimate but as it is just an estimate I cannot guarantee it will be delivered in this time frame. I strive to always meet my processing times, and will update customers if they change, however the speed in which the parcel travels through the postal system is completely out of my control. 

I am not responsible for any customs/duty fees that your parcel may require when purchasing outside the UK. 

If a delivery is attempted by your postal service and the parcel is returned to me I will issue a refund (minus the postage costs) to you.
