Refund policy

I only offer returns or replacements within 30 days from the date of delivery if your items are truly defective, damaged or if the wrong item is received. If this is the case please get in contact with me as soon as possible. 

I do not offer replacements or refunds on items from the "Misprints and Misfits" collection as these are already defective and discounted items. 

If your order has already been shipped then I am unable to cancel it. If you send back the unwanted order I will happily refund you the cost of the order (minus shipping fees) once it has been returned to me safely. Please be aware that you will need to cover the cost of shipping for your return. 

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
